Bridge Crossing the Saigon River

The bridge crossing the Saigon River. (I think there are only two servicing HCMC.) This is medium traffic, and shows the prevalence of motorbikes. Notice that the cars all stay to the left, and the motorbikes are wherever they please. This is one of the few traffic "rules" that we observed consistently.
